I learned to cook at home in Cairo, watching my mother and studying local cooking shows with fascination. That foundation still guides me today: I honor tradition while presenting it in a modern, approachable way.

Raed was an outstanding chef from start to finish. Communication with him was always fast and clear. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was happy to offer thoughtful suggestions whenever I asked for them, which made planning the menu very easy. In person, he was personable and friendly while remaining completely professional. On the day of the event, he arrived right on time and took care of everything. He set the table beautifully, answered my guests’ questions about the dishes, and made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. At the end of the evening, he left the kitchen spotless. Most importantly, the food was absolutely amazing. Every Middle Eastern dish felt like a feast—full of vibrant flavors, beautiful colors, and wonderful textures. It was truly a memorable dining experience for all of us. I would not hesitate to book chef Raed again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and professional personal chef.
